Admin problem and dashboard
-
Hi,
We have our blog hosted in our domain and we also have the option to customize the theme CSS available. While we were working on the design, our blog was made private and when we were ready to finally launch it, and made it public, we have found the following problems:
· we have received an e-mail notifying that we have requested the change of our admin e-mail of our site. This notification also includes a link which we have follow besides we didn’t ask for this change.
· Now, when we go to our dashboard some options don’t appear and others don’t work. In addition, we also appear as collaborators instead of administrators of our blog, with no option to change it. On the other hand, a second blog appears and our account is now the administrator of this blog which has no content.
¿what should we do to recover our administration privileges and delete that second account that we have no created?
Thankyou
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Is this the site you are talking about, http://blog.grantthornton.es/ ?
There have been a few instances where the “role” of the admin on a site has been mysteriously downgraded to a lower level such as a contributor.
Staff will have to look into this for you and I’ll tag this thread for their attention and hopefully they will get you fixed up shortly.

As I said, I’ve tagged this thread and hopefully staff will wander through in the next few hours.

Apologies for the delay! I’ve fixed the user role for grantthorntonspain on the http://grantthorntonspain.wordpress.com/ blog for you.
