I’m chiming back in as I’ve been following this thread. First, let me pause to say that your baking is beautiful! I’m so glad you were able to log into http://bettysspecialcakes.wordpress.com/.
Since you’ve introduced another blog into this thread with http://fancifulcupcakes.wordpress.com/, I’d like to take a step back in problem solving so we can get you blogging the way you want. You have at least three blogs under at least two usernames. What can we do to help you get your sites accessible to you the way you would like?

http://fancifulcupcakes.wordpress.com can be listed as other sites so I can switch back and forth to post pics & all having different dashboards (as I know they will), the email (email visible only to moderators and staff).
Is there anything else I need to tell you?? Now what do I do?? -
Also the email that is listed under http://bettycakes.wordpress.com is not active (2meow)… etc) and I want to replace it.

The site Fanciful Cupcakes (https://fancifulcupcakes.wordpress.com/) is not gone. The spelling error on “fancifull” produced the error in your first mention of that site. Fanciful Cupcakes may be in the same account as the site Bettycake’s Photo Blog And Other Stuff, https://bettycakes.wordpress.com/, since both of them are listed under Websites in your Bettycakes gravatar profile: https://en.gravatar.com/profiles/bettycakes.
As @jessestu indicates you have at least three sites in two different accounts as follows:
Account 1
username: bettycakes
websites: Bettycake’s Photo Blog And Other Stuff, Fanciful CupcakesAccount 2
username: baf2008
website: Wedding Celebration Cakes (https://bettysspecialcakes.wordpress.com/) -

Thank you for your clarifications. It’s helpful for me to know what you want. There are a few different action items we need to work through to get you where you want to be. Let’s try this one at a time.
Regarding these accounts, I hear you saying you want them all together under one account. Is that accurate? If so, do you want your three accounts under your @bettycakes account or your @baf2008 account?
Regarding updating the email address for username @bettycakes, please follow this walkthrough to update your email address after you’ve logged in as @bettycakes. If you run into problems, please report as best you can the steps you took that didn’t work.
Thank you for your patience in working through this. It will be over soon and you’ll be back to baking and blogging!

I want the http://bettycakes.wordpress.com as my primary.
That site is most likely set as your primary in the username Bettycakes account. You may check your primary site at Account Settings. See the Account Settings support page for information regarding that page.
The other two are not in the same account so they can’t treated as if they were. Let’s treat them separately:
- The site Fanciful Cupcakes (https://fancifulcupcakes.wordpress.com/) is already in the Bettycakes account, as its including in the gravatar profile page indicates.
- The Wedding Celebration Cakes site (https://bettysspecialcakes.wordpress.com/) is not in the Bettycakes account. If you want easy access to that site from the Bettycakes account, then you may transfer it into to that account if you wish, as I’ve mentioned a couple of times above. See the Transferring a Site to Another WordPress.com Account.

When I set up the http://bettysspecialcakes.wordpress.com account my user name was BAF76 that’s what I have listed in MY files. How it got to be baf2008 I don’t know.
Our logs show that you changed the username around 3 months ago.
As our volunteers also tried to clarify, your sites are spread between two different accounts. To be able to manage all three from the same account you need to transfer ownership of the sites to the account you want to use.
1) Log into the account (username) you don’t want to use any more.
2) Follow the instruction at this link to transfer the site(s) to the other account.

Make very sure you enter the correct username that should be the new owner, as it cannot be reversed if you transfer the site to the wrong account.
3) Once the site(s) have been transferred, log into the other account and now all your sites should be listed there.
The site Fanciful Cupcakes (https://fancifulcupcakes.wordpress.com/) is already in the Bettycakes account, as its including in the gravatar profile page indicates.
Please don’t make that assumption. It is possible to add a site to your Gravatar profile that you don’t own – sites are added to a profile manually, it doesn’t automatically list all sites you own.
In this case you are correct that the bettycakes account owns that site, but it’s a lucky guess on your part :)

Sorry about that, chief. Originally, I thought that assumption shouldn’t made, which is why I said:

But then, I did a quick test (too quick) on my own profile and found that it listed at lot of my sites in a drop-down list, so I guessed that it listed them all and that the choice was limited to sites in that account. I missed two important things:
- Only 39 of my sites are listed. I have a lot more than that in the account.
- There’s also an Add URL option.

Thanks all your help. I haven’t used your info yet about the email etc. I hope I can figure this out but I have a few ?’s I have been going over & over this with no answers.

That’s because the sites are in separate accounts. The bookmark to http://bettycakes.wordpress.com takes you to the front page of that site, which is in the bettycakes account, but you’re still logged into the baf2008 account.
If I bookmark your site while logged into one of my accounts, then I can click on it and go to your front page, but the Write button takes me to my primary site. Just as happens in your case when you’re logged into one account and visiting a site on another account. It supposed to work that way.
2. When I go to switch from http://bettysspecialcakes.wordpress.com
to access & view site http://bettycakes.wordpress.com it tells NOT found.Those two sites are in different account. You can’t switch between the administrative areas of the two of them with a click on a single browser. You could do it with a click if you opened tabs to each of them in separate browsers.

Where? I’m not finding it. The site title of https://bettycakes.wordpress.com/ is “Bettycake’s Photo Blog And Other Stuff.” The site also has the tagline “Decorated Cakes for All Occasions.”

I went to my blogs page to transfer can’t transfer either one because email that is listed (2meow) is not active. So no confirmation can be sent.
Tried to change email on email page, said it’s already being used.
I am out of ideas to get my blog fixed. -
The account email address may be changed at the Account Settings page. It doesn’t matter whether the address presently set is inactive. The Update Email Address support page says:
Once you’ve entered a new email address and clicked “Save Account Settings,” you’ll receive an email at the new address with a confirmation link. You must click the confirmation link to confirm the change and update the email on your account.
