Admin profile reset

  I need my admin profile reset. I’m unable to log in and continue working. I’m unable to create an admin password from here.

  We have three websites with WordPress (CoverCaps UK, Hillcroft Northwest and Eazi-Stops) Never have I had any issues until now. I was adding products, and then, suddenly, it kicked me out.

  All I get when trying to log in is, ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’

  Hi there!

  To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
  2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

  Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

  You should reach out to your host GoDaddy for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem with your login access.
