Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on iPower. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.
For help, I would contact them first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ Hopefully iPower can get y’all sorted ahead of the weekend, but I know not every hosting provider offers weekend support like we do here.
