Admin rights lost. Unable to connect to a human even though it’s a paid plan

  There are 3 people who share Newberg Neighbors for a Better School Board on my paid personal site. We are changing our focus to the whole community, only it appears that I have had admin rights taken away and I can’t change anything. I KNOW I used to have admin rights. To further frustrate me, I can’t see who DOES have admin rights. One of the others is the same as me, just editing rights. The third person hasn’t even been able to log in. I also can’t get the help of a real human, even though I am paying for an account.
