Admin rights not working

  I have an issue with the LearnPress plugin – when customers order a course it is not sending them any access.

  I need to enable Thimpress to access my site but when I add them as a user (using email) and set it to admin it isn’t enabling them access.

  So I need help from WordPress with this to fix my original plugin issue… and WordPress haven’t responded in nearly 3 days to my support request so literally tearing my hair out right now.

  please can someone help with ANY of these issues??

  We can’t help with third party plugins, only support of that plugin can help you.
