Admin screen is blank after logging in to my website to edit, what is wrong?

  When going into my website as ADMIN to edit, the screen is blank. On the left is the options such as Dashboard, Jetpack , etc but the middle area is blank and will not change when clicking on any of the options on the memu bar on left. I have learned that I have a very old version and need to upgrade but with this problem I can not do that either.
  My e-mail address to contact me is bobnorris34 @yahoo.com and phone 918-530-1529. Thank you for your help as soon as possible. I need to change some things on my website.

  Hi,

  It seems your site is a self-hosted blog. If you have a self-hosted blog, you need to ask support from WordPress.org instead. Their support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support/

  Just create an account there if you don’t already have one and they should be better able to help you there.

  (The WordPress.com forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com)
