Admin section not loading correctly

  Hi,
  I have been asked to troubleshoot a WP site that is having issues when trying to login to the admin section and wondering if anyone has come across a similar situation:
  Word Press Admin Issue

  I have tried uploading a tar.gz (keeping permissions) of the local site that was known to be working. And uploading and making sure the permissions are correct, I have tried another known backup of database but no luck.

  Does the image linked to above indicate possible issues?

  This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because that image is not depicting a hosted by WordPress.COM Admin page.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
