admin section won't load

  Hi. I have a couple of .com sites that load for viewing. When I try to edit, the “My Sites” section won’t open. I’ve tried several times this morning, but it just won’t do anything.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  What exactly, and on which site, are you trying to edit?

  Can you check if it helps to clear your browser cache, or does it make a difference if you log in using another browser?

  I also cannot access to my website. And it was down for a few days.

  cannot access to wp-admin.
  and my site is also down….

  @hninthetsumon, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   My domain name is hosted at GoDaddy, The website is built and maintained at wordpress.com. I do not use the open-source software.

  I an access if I type wp-admin, but not if I click the “My Sites” link in the top left corner. It just says “loading sites” and loads nothing. Never used to have to go in with the wp-admin, but now I have to.

  @nanciq, have you tried clearing your browser’s cache as per @kokkieh reply?

  Cleared the cache. That worked. Strange as I’ve never had to do that before.

  Fingers crossed it stays good.
