Admin Send Password Reset Mail Custom

Hello. I installed and applied a custom plugin to design WooCommerce emails.

All WooCommerce-related emails are changed, but when you click Send password reset email directly to users in the admin dashboard, no design is reflected and it does not come out.

It comes in the form of a simple email. Since this is sent from WordPress itself, I wonder if the mail format is like this and how to change it.

Please answer about my question. Thank you

    > Email sent when administrator clicks reset password

    >The above settings do not apply to the password reset email sent by the administrator.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

We can generally help with WordPress.com sites on this forum. As you need help with WooCommerce, please post on the WooCommerce support forum here. The WooCommerce support team will be happy to help you with this.

    Thanks!

This is a WordPress question, not a WooCommerce question.
When sending a password reset email to a user from the WordPress admin dashboard, the design is not changing. Please check the photo I attached.

    Thank you.

    Hey there,

It looks like the WooCommerce email customiser, will only change emails that are related to WooCommerce emails. This wouldn’t necessarily include the standard password reset emails, as WooCommerce relies on this

You would need to use a plugin that would ideally change the design of all emails. Something like these plugins here may helps: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/customize%20email/

To note also, cleanbdev.mycafe24.com is not hosted with WordPress.com, so our support is limited in this instance.

To explain, there’s two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, where we provide daily backups, automatic updates, a 24/7 support service and an optimised version of WordPress. The second is self-hosted WordPress, where the free open source version of the software is installed onto a server.

More on the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

It’s possible to migrate the site over to WordPress using our migration plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/ and the site would need to be on the business plan.

    I hope this helps.
