Admin side of the site

    Hello, can someone help me get back into the admin side of the greendallas.net account. We need some technical support. Also, I think that we want to migrate the site, the most recent on, to a paid account.

    Correct account: Yes

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue.
