  I have two domains, one will only allow me to sign into admin, the other will not

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  I can see that your WordPress.com account owns the domain borneomanagement.net but I can not see another domain.

  Could you share the URL of the other domain that you are referring to?
