Admin site access

Hi there,
Have you tried the recommended steps on the Account Recovery support page?
What is your site’s URL?
-
Hi there,
I do not see any sites under your @agsisto WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

I still need help. When I tried to reset my password, it shows that someone has created a username. Then I changed the password but it won’t let me see my website, http://www.kunamastudy.org website; instead, it showed me a blank one. Is there anyway to get in contact with a live person to talk more about this? The website I usually use are (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff)
Thank you

Correction:
I must have used either an email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) to create the websiteThank you

Hi Agata,
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, so we won’t be able to help you.
To log in to your site, you will want to go to kunamastudy.org/wp-admin. If you lost your password or you tried resetting your password and failed, please read the Codex article “Resetting Your Password”:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/.If you still need help, check out WordPress community forums instead:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
