    the admin staff on this site lie, make up stories then close the thread without helping:

    When challenged they made up some excuse they were talking about riverclubcluster.com and not http://www.riverclubcluster.com!

    then later they change their minds and refuse to provide an email!

    WordPress is nothing but a bunch of lying cowboys that try and apply charges when the automatic charge box was unchecked…

    Their lies and coverups is clearly on the thread.

    riverclubcluser.com is not registered with WordPress.com. The charge is not associated with that domain. Can you visit wpchrg.wordpress.com and see if you can pull up the information regarding the charge that you incurred? With that information, I should be able to find the account.

    You’ll need to provide proof of ownership of that account, however.

    What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.

    I followed that entire thread and your accusation is unfounded. Maybe you did not read the sticky posts at the head of these forums prior to creating your threads.
