Admin status change

We were changing plugins from wpbakkery to elementor after deactivation of wpbakkery
I am not recognized as the admin even though the URL says, admin, I have lost all the menu items.
I am unable to add the elementor plugin to continue working on my site. -

We can only help in this forum with sites hosted on WordPress.com. We cannot help here with the open source WordPress software used at other hosting providers, or with specific plugins for that software.
Please contact support at Elementor directly for help with this.

I understand that the issue I am experiencing is within WordPress hosted at Namecheap. My account was changed from administrator status and now I cannot access the plugins to work on my webpage. How can this be changed without having administrative privileges due to this odd issue? Can you assist me at all as I need this resolved ASAP!

Since your site is not hosted at WordPress.com, we do not have access to your account, and cannot assist you directly with this issue.
