Admin to be added with no success after 4 days

  We have been trying to get a live chat for 4 days so that my CEO can add me as an admin to our company WordPress account. The links don’t seem to work and we need a one-on-one admin to help us through this battle. A phone call would be awesome but a live chat will get us through the problem. Email links and instructions are simply not working.

  What is the address of the site on which you want to be added as an admin?
  I can see that you are already an admin on amstarmanufacturing.com, is that what you were trying to do?
