  • Good day,

I see you’re experiencing an issue where the admin toolbar isn’t showing when you’re trying to edit your site from the front end.

Since your site, blackpoundsproject.org, is a WordPress.org site, this issue falls outside our regular scope of support. However, I can offer a few suggestions that might help:

    1. Ensure you are logged in to your WordPress admin account.
    2. Check that the toolbar is enabled in your user profile settings. Go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Users > Your Profile, and make sure the “Show Toolbar when viewing site” option is checked.
    3. Clear your browser cache and cookies or try accessing the site from a different browser.
    4. Ask your current host for support or in the WordPress.org forums.

Additionally, the reason you see your site in the dashboard of your WordPress.com account is that it is connected to Jetpack. Jetpack links your self-hosted WordPress.org site to your WordPress.com account for enhanced features and management.

For more direct support and additional features, you might consider migrating your site to WordPress.com. We are currently offering a free migration service, which you can request here.

For more information on the differences and advantages of WordPress.com vs WordPress.org, you can read this comparison.
