Admin toolbar disappeared

When i login and use my dashboard; I have no admin toolbar at the top
I have reinstalled wp
For some reason, my site https://internetcrimefightersorg.com was not included in my WordPress sites
So I added it with Jetpack; the site loaded ok but still no toolbar
I returned to wordpress again, but my site is still not included it is still missing
I used a new browser,

Hello there, neither drdonysreviews.com nor internetcrimefightersorg.com are hosted here at WordPressdotcom but are using the standalone WP (org) software. These support forums are for sites hosted one the WordPressdotcom site. If you installed the jetpack WordPress.com toolbar module on your self-hosted sites and are having issues with it, you’ll want to post to the jetpack support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack. You can also find a jetpack support FAQ at https://jetpack.com/support/
