Admin User Name

I have a site that’s hosted on wordpress. I don’t know the admin email/username. I also don’t have access to the ftp. Is there a way to get access? Is there a way to figure out the admin info? Is there a way to get the admin email address?
I can log in as a regular user and post blogs etc but I need to update the site and I really need admin privileges.
