Admin White Screen of Death

    I’m not computer-savvy. I had my daughter create my site and show me how to access the dashboard in order to create new posts.

    I haven’t written anything in a while and when I went to access the dashboard, I can’t see anything but a white screen.

    I’ve Googled “white screen of death” and “wordpress” and there are several solutions, but I frankly don’t understand much of what they’re talking about. I don’t know of any wp folder on my computer – I just add posts and type on my computer and they appear on my site.

    Anyway, I’m hoping someone out there can help me. Thank you.

    This is the WordPress.COM support forum. You need to post to the WordPress.ORG support forum for help with your site because it is not hosted by WordPress.COM.

    WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
