Administor or Contributor cannot get into dashboard

    I have set up this blog for my client and on the old Windows system they had it worked perfectly. Recently they got a Windows 7 upgrade and new computers and now they are not able to get into the blog with the usual Username and Password. I tried inviting them again but still nothing happens. They do not get an error just a spinning wheel and sometimes a crash.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I’m sorry this is happening. I’m assuming
    (1) they have tried clearing their browser caches and cookies
    (2) they have enabled third party cookies as that’s required
    (3) Have they tried other browsers?
    (4) Are they using http:// ? Or are they using https:// ?

    I tried inviting them again but still nothing happens.

    If those do not result in access, please contact Staff for help http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
