  Hi,

  Is there a possible chance you could transfer administration to another member of the website? We are asking if you could do this as the person who owns the website, we cannot get in touch with and we need this website to be transferred to another member so we can buy a new domain, manage it etc.

  If you are talking about a site hosted right here at WordPress.com then yes a site/domain can be transferred to a different account but only the owner of site/domain can instigate this so you’ll need to make efforts to contact that person.
