Administration Access

Hello, the staff person who managed and looked after our Website has now left the Company and on bad terms so is refusing contact from us. We are unable to gain access to our Website to make urgent changes so there need new admin access. How can this be done ?

I’m not seeing any record of that domain or your site ever being registered or hosted here at WordPress.com.
Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?
