Administration and edition

  I have 10 websites wordpress
  I like to give somes autorisations to edition or administration for one website only but i don’t accept to give my main general password
  When i open invitation to give autorisation for administration, the system ask automatically main password at this person
  How make ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. To add a user to a specific blog, go to that blog’s dashboard (for example, for the blog you linked here it’s http://pondicherie.wordpress.com/wp-admin/) and go to Users ->Invite New. Choose the user level at which you want to invite that user, and invite them using their email or username: https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

  The person you invite will need to have their own WordPress.com username account for this to work. If they don’t have a WordPress.com account, they’ll have to register one first before you can invite them. Never give another person access to your username and password.
