  I need to change my administration email address, but I don’t have access to the email that’s currently set. How can I make this change?

  If you do have access to the account in question, you can follow these steps:

  https://wordpress.com/support/email-address/

  You’ll need to confirm the new email address, not the old one, so you shouldn’t have any issues with that.
