administration email not updating

  I recently requested an update of my admin email, and get a notification email saying acknowledging the request, but no confirmation email is ever sent to the new email.

  Were you trying to change you email address at https://wordpress.com/me/account or somewhere else?

  If somewhere else, what is the URL of the site?

  I am indeed trying to change my admin email but am not seeing a confirmation in the proposed email box.

  Hi there,

  I do not actually see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with? Are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
