administration panel and links and winzop
-
Ok, I am a newbie. The bottom line is that I signed up with WordPress directly; no downloading involved. I noticed on my administration panel that I do not have Plug-Ins. I have the other categories but no PLUG-INS. What happened? Is this extra?
Plus, I am starting out with affiliation marketing (LinkShare) and I cannot view my chosen link. I am doing everything correctly because I tested a link from LinkShare via my other blog site which is through my employer (I am their blogger). Plus, I am signed up with a company directly and their site works just fine. Help!

Here at wordpress.com, we cannot advertise (no adsense, no affiliate marketing) and we do not have plugins.

There is a difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. The reason why you have no plug-ins is because you signed up for a .com blog. Here at .com we are all non-commercial bloggers because advertising and commercial blogging is not allowed. You will benefit from reading the FAQs so that you don’t get your employer in trouble. You need to learn the rules – getting the company blog suspended would not look good on you CV. Also don’t post trice.
