  Hi,

  The options on my Admin Panels do not match up with the ones listed here -http://codex.wordpress.org/Administration_Panels

  Specifically, there is no “Plugins” menu tab.

  Can someone please point me in the direction of an update FAQ page or tell me where the “Plugins” section has gone?

  Please read the FAQ at the top of this forum:

  How do I add my favorite WordPress plug in or theme?

  Currently no additions can be made to your blog as FTP access is not allowed. Suggestions can be made though via the Feedback form within your own Dashboard. (They make that suggestion here) New themes are usally added on Fridays.

  Any word on whether this is set to change in the future?

  Can I get around this by hosting the blog on my Yahoo server?

  If you have Yahoo web hosting then you could easily install the blog on there and then “the world is your . . . ” well you know! ;)

  Quite simply download it from wordpress.org and away you go. You’ll be able to do themes and plugins to your heart’s content :)
