Good Day,
I would like to enquire about an error I recieved while trying to access the backend of my site.
The domain is http://www.globalnut.co
The error reads:
You are logged in as ‘talitacumidreyer’ and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for ‘Groundnut Factory and Trading’. If you are not ‘talitacumidreyer’, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are ‘talitacumidreyer’ and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.I have been working on this and cant understand why I do not have the administrative access.

Hi, did you create the site under another account? If so can you log out and log back in as that user? The “talitacumidreyer” account is not a user on that site.
If you personally purchased the upgrades and what not and somehow just ended up with an extra account you can’t find, here’s how to regain access:

@moutonbey7, what is the exact address of the site you’re trying to access? If it’s a WordPress.com site, please check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the account:
