    Not able to access the editor on for the site. Keep getting error message to check Primary Jet Pack Connection. I can’t access the admin portal.

    Hi there!

    If you’re seeing that error message, that’s in the WordPress.com dashboard and it means your site is not properly connected to your WordPress.com account. The Jetpack plugin installed on your site is what allows you to manage some of your site’s functions here at WordPress.com, but it’s not a replacement for your actual site’s wp-admin area.

    Since your site is reporting a “coming soon” page, you should still be able to access your site’s backend via http://scarabrnr.com/wp-login.php – but it looks like whatever plugin you’re using for that is blocking that as well.

    You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you find and fix this problem.
