Administrative access to website

    I have been appointed webmaster for the guild, but I find I cannot access the site for that purpose. No one knows how, least of all me. The logins have not worked, even using the credentials of the previous administrator.

    Sites on WordPress.com are “owned” by the individuals that set them up, and not by companies or other organizations. In situations like this we are able to help, but we must speak with the current site owner directly to have their permission to transfer the site.
