Administrative Email Address

    We had to fire our social media consulting firm Their address is listed as the Administrative Email Address for our site. I have tried repeatedly to change the address – the change is listed as ‘pending confirmation’, Neither the new address nor the old are receiving a confirmation request. How do I make the change stick?
