Administrative page for website?

    My website is actually…theheinlfamily.com…but I am not able to get into the administrative page

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    theheinlfamily.com is not hosted here at WordPress.com, but rather with Bluehost. I would recommend contacting Bluehost, as they would be able to assist you in regaining access to the back end of your site:

    https://www.bluehost.com/contact/

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:
