Administrative rights Error

Hi, I seem to have lost rights to my site. Odd, I just posted to it the other day. apoplexy.wordpress.com. When I go to wp-admin I get this:
“You are logged in as “ap0pl3xy” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “Apoplexy’s WLS Journal”. If you are not “ap0pl3xy”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “ap0pl3xy” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.”
This is disconcerting as I’m pretty sure last time I checked, I “owned” this blog. Now I can’t post to it. This is one blog of two that I started. Two were linked together and then one ultimately deleted/abandoned. Now the one I linked eons ago is having a problem.
I’ve poked around the forums but not found my particular problem. I just re-started my blog after many months. If I’m in arrears on my billing or something (I don’t remember which plan I had) let me know and I’ll happily fix it.

Hi there. Do you have third-party cookies enabled on your site? If you have them disabled, the site might not be tracking your login correctly. Let me know if that’s not the problem. http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
