Administrator can't make changes

    Hi, I assigned administrator role to an intern who is working remotely during the pandemic. He is trying to make the changes as requested to my wordpress site, but the changes (e.g. changing the sfull width image at the top of my home screen to a lower mb pic) wont load when he tries to update the site. It works OK when I do it.

    There seems to be some issues with the server at the minute but his problems with this predate the issues.

    Is there anything he, or I, should be doing to fix this?

    I read somewhere that it might be a caching issue???

    What is the address of the site you are referring to? I do not see a site under the account you are contacting us from.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
