Administrator Can't Remember Password or Access Email

The co-administrator of one of my blogs can’t remember her password and no longer has access to the email address associated with her profile. How can we get her access back?

In order to help her get access to the blog Staff need one of the following things in order to correctly identify her as a blog Admin.
1. an email from the email address associated with the account or revealing what that associated email address was
2. the wordpress.com API key. Please do not post the API key here.
3. if any upgrades eere ourchased by her for the blog a transaction numberI flagged this thread for Staff attention.

Ok, since she has access to the email address on her account, she can reset her password via http://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

Sorry for the confusion, but she does NOT have access to the email address associated with the account. (We know what it is, but she no longer has access.)

Ah, she would need to have access to it. Since you don’t, do you have the account’s API key?
