Administrator issues

We publish a blog with 2 partners. When we first built it we listed both as administrators. Several weeks ago, 1 of us is no longer able to perform the admin duties. She had to be readded but since has still not been able to do all the things she could previously. What’s up?

Did you ask for our help in cancelling and removing the Business Plan from your account? I can see that your site was reverted recently (back to it’s pre-business state) and I see we discussed in live chat that this can sometimes result in contributors being removed, especially if they were added while the site was on the Business plan.
However, I see that you have invited your partner back as an Administrator, and I see there is a pending invite here: https://wordpress.com/people/invites/totallytigers.wordpress.com
Once they accept that invite they will have full admin capabilities same as they had before. Please have them check their inbox and look for an email with this subject line: “totallytigersblog invited you to administer Totally Tigers”
Inside of that email will be a link they can click to rejoin the site.
