administrator not receiving comment notifications

I am the administrator of my blog and based on my settings I believe I am supposed to get notified of all comments made to any post, even those on which I am not the author. However, I am not receiving comments for posts on which I am not the author. Please let me know how to troubleshoot this problem.

Yes, it looks like you have everything set up properly to receive notification emails for comments. Did this change recently for you?
Could you please check your spam/junk mail folders for emails from WordPress.com?
