Administrator owner changes

  I am paying the bill on WordPress and need full editing access. Another person has it now but this may have to be changed. For now I need to be the owner and have full editing capability.

  Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. Are you using rensselaerenvironmentalcoalition.org/wp-admin to log in?

  If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options. Several don’t require access to wp-admin or email, just your hosting tools.
