Administrator plugins and regional administrators

    Hi,

    I have just started in a company, and I’m wondering about our WordPress site. We have several WordPress sites and I have a regional administrator role on our regional site, but not an administrator role, so I cannot add any plugins.

    If an administrator has downloaded a plugin to wordpress, should it be visible to all regional sites? Can they hide plugins from regional sites?
