Administrator removing

Hi,
I manage the website ellabrest.com, created 2 years ago by gaellepicut for Ella Brest, a French association. Ms Gaelle Picut has left the association but she carried on receiving your information and she is the unique person who receive reminders about renewal etc.
We try to find a solution to remove her from the users’ list, but we did not succeed. The matter is ,even if all the users are “administrator”, nobody could remove gaellepicut or change its user profile. There is no “remove” option. Could you help us ? Thank you a lot,

The owner of a blog can’t be removed, they nee to transfer the blog to another account, when they do that they will be removed from the blog completely. They also need to transfer the upgraded to another account.
Since you have a domain name involved the staff will probably need to help a bit – I will flag this for the staff to help
To help the staff make the correct transfers the first time – please have the owner log in and post in this thread using small clear words, that they want the blog, each upgrade by name transferred from what-ever-account to a-different-account

If you would like to transfer an upgrade, could you please have the current upgrade owner comment here indicating that they would like to transfer it and specify to which username they would like it transferred?
If that is not possible for some reason, please let me know. I can verify with the original owner via email. In any case however, verification must be completed before upgrades are transferred.

The actual owner is aware of our problem. But she does not know how to autorize this transfer.
Can you explain us how to do that ?

If so, I can take care of that for you.

yes, I have both info to connect with @gaellepicut or @ellabrestwp.
But I need to delete @gaelepicut and keep ellabrestwp as the new administrator (and owner of the website)

That statement would have needed to come from the account gaellepicut. I will now need to separately email that person. Please be patient while I email them and get permission to move these upgrades.

Hi there,
The original owner has responded and provided permission to move all of these items. The blog and all associated upgrades have now been transferred to the user ellabrestwp. You should now be able to manage the site yourselves!
