Administrator user

Hello,
I am an administrator in my account but today I opened my wordpress account and the account doesn’t look like an administrator account, it has a lot of options missing on the side menu.
Please, note that I am the only administrator all other users are only subscribers.
How can I fix this issue, please.WP.com: Unknown

I checked the site and unfortunately, we cannot help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we cannot take a closer look.
The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the forums here:

The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help. I hope this points you in the right direction.

but my issue has nothing to do with the hosting, I am just saying that when I log in to my administrator account at http://www.maximumcare.com/admin I can’t find all the administrator options on the left side of the screen.Thank you.

It’s not an issue with the hosting, no. It’s an issue with the open source WordPress software you’re using.
That software is made and supported by the community on WordPress.org.
The forum you’re posting to now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, something different from the WordPress software you’re using, and as your site isn’t hosted on our servers, we don’t have any control over it.
Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice on how you can troubleshoot and fix whatever is causing this issue.
