  Hi,

  I keep trying to change my webpage administrator to a new one, however the confirmation email never gets received in my email. Can you assist please.

  That site is using the open source version of WordPress, not WordPress.com, so we have no control over it.

  Please ask in the forums that staff-mckluskey linked to above instead.
