Administrators

How can I turn my blog into a blog that is administrated by more than one user?
Do I have to create an wordpress.com account to each of the users That I want to use the blog as an administrator of it?
May I create an wordpress.com account common to severeal users and each user is identified with His own designation when they post something new in the blog?
What I Intend is that each administrator is able to put their posts in the blog perfectly identified, not just comment my posts, but also have the opportunity to post their own articles.
I´m new in these environments so this may be something very simple, but I can’t find the solution. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

The FAQs blog is chock full of very useful information. I used the search box there and found two threads I believe you will find relevant
    http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/12/what-are-the-different-roles/
    http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/17/how-do-i-add-more-authors-users-to-my-blog/

Mark, our Support Maven’s advice is:

Be careful what roles you give people, especially if you want them to be an Editor or joint Administrator. Promoting someone is easy – removing a role is much harder.

    (1) Each person that you create a role on your blog must become registered with wordpress but they do not need to develop their own blog.

    (2) Some blog themes automatically specify authors of posts and some do not. If your feel this is essential and happen to choose a theme that does not ptovide this automatically you have two options. You can simply create a Category (Parent) called Authors and then sub-categories under each author’s name. Alternatively, you can have each author include a “byline” in all of their posts.

    (3) You have not indicated if you wish the blog to be “private” or not so just to show you the possibilities here’s another thread http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/23/feeds-and-password-protected-blogs/

I hope the links I’ve provided will provide answers to your questions but if they don’t please feel free to post again. :)
