  hello! can you have 2 administrators on a free plan? I tried to make my sister and admin but then it is asking for her to pay. Thank you!

  The Administrator role is connected to a site rather than a plan — it’s possible to add new Administrators to dogtreats4everyone.wordpress.com without upgrading from the Free plan:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

  Are those the steps you are following?

  Thanks for your reply. I am hopeful to get my sister logged in smoothly as an admin, not sure why it is asking for her to pay! Hopefully we can get it worked out soon.
