admins can’t log in to site

    Our site admins can’t log in, we end up in a ‘bad pw’ loop. wordpress.com redirects to our site login, and pw reset does not work.

    Haven’t been able to get into the site since yesterday afternoon. No chat available, no response to yesterday’s email. Please help.

    Since you have an eCommerce plan, you have access to priority email and live chat support. You can access this priority support from your account page, where you can get help more quickly than by posting in the free public support forums.

    I do see you have a ticket with their support team so someone should be getting back to you soon since this will require backend access to your site which we don’t have access to here in the free support forums.
