Admins rights – doesnt work withnout purpose

  Please, can you help me anyone? I went to my site, use my login and pasword, and I see only profile and board, I can updated plugins and everything. I dont know, hot it is possible.
  I looked at ma email, and there is a message from support, that somebody changed admins rights. And now I cant work with my website… :(
  I havent got paid version od wordpress so I have to use this forum. I hope, that you can help me with this issue. Thank you.
