Admins unable to renew expired premium

We need to renew our expired premium. The person who served as administrator (paid for the initial cost) no longer works with us. Basically, we wonder if we need to start from scratch. We have admins but they are not able to complete the process.

Companies, organizations and groups of any kind do not own sites. Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
If you are not logged in under the correct WordPress.COM username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account

Hi there,
I see the upgrades on your site were renewed yesterday, so they won’t expire until May next year.
Only the user who owns the upgrade, aubreyerbach, is able to transfer the domain on that site. Domain names are regulated by an organisation called ICANN, and they prohibit anyone other than the owner, including domain providers, from transferring ownership of a domain. So there is really no way for us to transfer the domain to another admin on the site. aubreyerbach has to do it (or at least someone logged into that account).

To transfer the Premium Plan I’ll need that username to comment here and indicate to which admin the plan should be transferred. Preferably this should be to the same admin to whom the domain is transferred so the two can stay linked.
