Admin/User Change

  I have a personal site & am starting a site for my job. I am currently admin of both my site and the other site, but I do not want them both to be nested under my login. Is there a way that I can change all the login for thecrimsonblog.wordpress.com to be separate from http://www.denamerlino.com?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
