  On WordPress.com, we include the most popular plugin functionality within our sites automatically.

  Here you can find a list of those plugins that are available on WordPress.com:
  support.wordpress.com/plugins

  Other plugins, like Adobe Captivate are only applicable to self-hosted blogs and web sites using the WordPress.org software.
